Leave the area now! Council installs CCTV camera that 'barks orders like Robocop' at residents in communal garden

Jim Jepps, who lives at Walker House in Camden, north London, filmed the video camera saying: 'Stop, this is a restricted area and your photograph is being taken. It will be sent for processing if you don't leave the area now.'
